Application effects of intelligent pre-examination and triage system in emergency patients
Objective:To observe application effects of intelligent pre-examination and triage system in emergency patients. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The routine emergency pre-examination and triage system was used to the control group, while the intelligent pre-examination triage and system was applied in the study group. The rescue success rate, the triage accuracy, the waiting time, the incidence of risk events, the incidence of medical disputes, and the satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The rescue success rate and the triage accuracy in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the waiting time was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events and medical disputes in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 76.67%(46/60)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intelligent pre-examination and triage system in the emergency patients can improve the rescue success rate, the triage accuracy and the satisfaction rate of treatment, shorten the waiting time, and reduce the incidence of risk events and the medical disputes. Moreover,it is superior to the routine pre-examination and triage.
