Analysis of psychological resilience and its influencing factors in patients with primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization
Objective:To analyze psychological resilience and its influencing factors in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 117 PLC patients who were treated with TACE in this hospital from April 2020 to July 2022.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)was used to evaluate the psychological resilience of these patients. The related factors of psychological resilience of the PLC patients after TACE were analyzed by single factor and multiple linear regression. Results:The total score of CD-RISC in the 117 PLC patients after TACE was(56.27±4.48),which was lower than the domestic norm. There were statistically significant differences in CD-RISC scores after TACE in the PLC patients with different education levels,TACE treatment times, coping style scores, family function, adverse reaction grades, and Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FOP-Q-SF)scores(P<0.05).Education level,TACE treatment times, coping style score, family function, adverse reaction grade and FOP-Q-SF score were all the influencing factors of the psychological resilience in the patients with PLC after TACE(P<0.05).Conclusions:Education level,TACE treatment times, coping style, family function, adverse reaction grade, fear and so on are the influencing factors of the psychological resilience levels of the PLC patients after TACE.Therefore, targeted preventive measures should be taken to improve the psychological resilience of these patients and improve their prognosis.
