Effects of Isosorbide mononitrate tablets combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI
Objective:To observe effects of Isosorbide mononitrate tablets combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 112 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to October 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the study group was treated with Isosorbide mononitrate tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of cardiac function indexes[cardiac output,stroke volume,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],serum vascular endothelial function indexes[von Willebrand factor(vWF),endothelin-1,nitric oxide],serum inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-18],serum potential transforming growth factor binding protein 2(LTBP-2),serum cysteine-rich protein 61(CYR61),and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of LVEF,cardiac output,stroke volume and serum nitric oxide in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of serum vWF,endothelin-1,hs-CRP,IL-18,LTBP-2 and CYR61 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Isosorbide mononitrate tablets combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can improve the level of cardiac function indexes,improve the levels of vascular endothelial function indexes,and reduce the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-18,LTBP-2 and CYR61.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional drug treatment.
