Effects of Reduning injection combined with Terbutaline sulfate in treatment of AECOPD
Objective:To investigate effects of Reduning injection combined with Terbutaline sulfate in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:The clinical data of 122 patients with AECOPD admitted to this hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into control group and observation group,61 cases each.On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with Terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation,while the observation group was treated with Reduning injection on the basis of that of the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the pulmonary function[chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)]score,the exercise tolerance[6 min walking distance(6MWD)],the pulmonary ventilation function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)]levels,the serum inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),microRNA-146a(miR-146a)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72%(59/61),which was higher than 85.25%(52/61)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the CAT score and the serum levels of IL-6,CRP and HIF-1α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the 6MWD value was higher than that in the control group,the levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEF and miR-146a were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Reduning injection combined with Terbutaline sulfate is effective in the treatment of the AECOPD patients,which can improve the lung function and the exercise tolerance,accelerate the symptom relief and reduce the inflammatory response.Moreover,it is superior to single Terbutaline sulfate treatment.
