Effects of Diprophylline combined with Beclomethasone dipropionate in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in remission period
Objective:To observe effects of Diprophylline combined with Beclomethasone dipropionate in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in remission period.Methods:The clinical data of 108 patients with bronchial asthma in remission period admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Beclomethasone dipropionate,while the observation group was treated with Diprophylline on the basis of that od the control group.The clinical efficacy,the asthma control test(ACT)score,the blood gas analysis indexes[arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)]levels,the lung function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]levels,and the inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),lipoxin A4(LXA4),C-reactive protein(CRP)]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%(52/54),which was higher than 83.33%(45/54)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ACT score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PaO2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and LXA4 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Diprophylline combined with Beclomethasone dipropionate in the treatment of the patients with bronchial asthma in remission period can improve the total effective rate,the lung function index levels and the ACT scores,improve the levels of blood gas analysis indexes,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Beclomethasone propionate treatment.
