Application effects of clinical nursing pathway based on concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy
Objective:To observe application effects of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)based on concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:The clinical data of 162 patients who underwent flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in this hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,81 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given CNP based on concept of ERAS on the basis of that of the control group.The perioperative indexes(the first anal exhaust time,feeding time,the first ambulation time and hospitalization time),the levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after the surgery,the scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after the nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first anal exhaust time,the feeding time,the first ambulation time and the hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after the surgery,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the study group was 6.17%(5/81),which was lower than 18.52%(15/81)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:CNP based on concept of ERAS in the patients undergoing flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy can optimize the perioperative index levels,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
