Application effects of staged language rehabilitation training in patients with aphasia after stroke
Objective:To observe application effects of staged language rehabilitation training in patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with aphasia after stroke admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to May 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the staged language rehabilitation training nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of language function[Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE)],the neurological deficit[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],cognitive function[Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)]and quality of life[stroke aphasia quality of life(SAQOL-39)]were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the BDAE scores of retelling, reading comprehension, writing and language fluency in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the SAQOL-39 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the staged language rehabilitation training nursing can improve the language function scores, the cognitive function scores and the quality of life scores of the patients with aphasia after stroke, and reduce the neurological deficit scores. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
