Application effects of parental involvement nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia in recovery period
Objective:To observe application effects of parental involvement nursing in children with bronchial pneumonia in recovery period. Methods:The clinical data of 85 children with bronchial pneumonia in recovery period admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the parental involvement nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance, the awareness rate of parental health knowledge, and the score of parental care ability[family caregiver task inventory(FCTI)]were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was 83.72%(36/43),which was higher than 59.52%(25/42)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of parental health knowledge in the observation group was 86.05%(37/43),which was higher than 61.90%(26/42)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing, the FCTI scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The parental involvement nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the excellent and good rate of treatment compliance and the awareness rate of parental health knowledge and reduce the FCTI scores. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
