Application effects of stage nursing in children with febrile convulsion
Objective:To observe application effects of stage nursing in children with febrile convulsion. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 children with febrile convulsion admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to August 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the stage nursing. The levels of disease-related indicators, the incidence of complications, the nursing compliance, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The antipyretic time, the convulsion duration and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the number of convulsions after admission was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%(3/50),which was lower than 24.00%(12/50)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 64.00%(32/50)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 74.00%(37/50)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The stage nursing in the children with febrile convulsion can improve the nursing compliance and the nursing satisfaction and reduce the levels of disease-related indicators and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
