Autonomous perception and its influencing factors in patients with blunt amputation of fingers after replantation of severed fingers
Objective:To analyze autonomous perception and its influencing factors in patients with blunt amputation of fingers after replantation of severed fingers. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 75 patients with blunt amputation of fingers who were admitted to the department of hand and foot surgery of the hospital from January 2018 to August 2022 and planned to undergo replantation of severed fingers. The baseline data collection table was used to the collect baseline data of these patients. The simplified Chinese version of the PEA scale(PEAS-SCV)was used to evaluate the autonomous perception of these patients after replantation of severed fingers. The PEAS-SCV scores of the postoperative patients with different baseline data were compared. The influencing factors of low level of autonomous perception after replantation of severed fingers were analyzed. Results:The score of PEAS-SCV was(48.15±4.85)after replantation of severed fingers, which was in the middle level. There were no significant differences in the PEAS-SCV score among the patients with different gender, household registration, place of residence, type of injury, and time of amputation(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the PEAS-SCV score after replantation of severed fingers among the patients with blunt severed fingers of different ages, educational backgrounds, living conditions, payment methods, and amputation conditions(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age<18 years old, high school education and below, living alone,self-paid and multi-finger amputation were all risk factors for the low level autonomous perception after replantation of severed fingers in the patients with blunt finger amputation(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age<18 years old, high school education and below, living alone,self-paid and multi-finger amputation are the risk factors for the low level autonomous perception after replantation of severed fingers in the patients with blunt finger amputation.
