Application effects of Propofol combined with Sufentanil anesthesia maintenance in patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrotomy
Objective:To observe application effects of Propofol combined with Sufentanil anesthesia maintenance in patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrotomy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy in this hospital from April 2022 to April 2023.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each. Both groups were given intravenous general anesthesia. The control group was maintained with Sufentanil anesthesia, while the study group was maintained with Propofol combined with Sufentanil anesthesia. The levels of anesthesia-related indexes(eye opening time, orientation recovery time),the delirium[the confusion assessment method(CAM-CR)]scores at different time after the surgery(6,12,24 h after the surgery),the pain[numerical rating scale(NRS)]scores at different time after the surgery(2,6,12 h after the surgery),the oxidative stress index levels[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]before and after the surgery, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The eye opening time and the orientation recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6,12 and 24 h after the surgery, the CAM-CR scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2,6 and 12 h after the surgery, the NRS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery, the levels of SOD in the two groups were lower than those before the surgery, but that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of MDA in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery, but that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.70% (4/46),which was lower than 23.91% (11/46)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Propofol combined with Sufentanil anesthesia maintenance applied to the patients undergoing hysteroscopic electrotomy can improve the levels of anesthesia-related indexes, reduce the postoperative delirium scores, the pain scores and the incidence of adverse reactions, and regulate the levels of oxidative stress indexes. Moreover,it is superior to Sufentanil anesthesia maintenance.
