Application effects of predictive nursing in intensive care patients with cerebral hemorrhage
Objective:To observe application effects of predictive nursing in intensive care patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 38 intensive care patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group, and 38 intensive care patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group. The control group was received routine nursing, while the observation group was received the predictive nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The intensive care time, the hospitalization time, the neurological deficit[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]score, the quality of life[stroke impact scale(SIS)]score before and after the nursing, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results:The intensive care time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the SIS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26% (2/38),which was lower than 21.05% (8/38)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of perceived quality, patient expectation, patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the score of patient complaints was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the predictive nursing can improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the intensive care patients with cerebral hemorrhage, shorten the intensive care time and the hospitalization time, and reduce the neurological deficit scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
