Application effects of health belief model-based nursing in postoperative patients with aortic dissection
Objective:To observe application effects of health belief model-based nursing in postoperative patients with aortic dissection(AD).Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with AD admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given health belief model-based nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The rehabilitation time, the incidence of complications during hospitalization, the scores of negative emotions[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],the self-management ability[adult health self-management skill for reliability scale(AHSMSRS)],and the healthy lifestyle[health-promoting lifestyle profile II(HPLP II)]before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:The first exhaust time, the first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.08% (1/48),which was lower than 16.67% (8/48)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the scores of AHSMSRS and HPLP II in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the health belief model-based nursing can improve the self-management ability scores and the healthy lifestyle scores of the postoperative patients with AD,shorten the first exhaust time, the first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of complications and the negative emotion scores. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
