Application effects of nursing based on SERVQUAL model in patients with rectocele
Objective:To observe application effects of nursing based on SERVQUAL model in patients with rectocele.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with rectocele admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was received the nursing based on SERVQUAL model on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of perioperative related indicators,the pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]scores,the comfort[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]score,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The first defecation time,the single defecation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 days after the surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the GCQ scores of physiology,psychology,social culture and environment in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the nursing based on SERVQUAL model can improve the comfort scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with rectocele,and reduce the levels of perioperative related indicators,the VAS scores,the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
