Application effects of seamless nursing in surgical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Objective:To explore application effects of seamless nursing in surgical treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:The clinical data of 116 patients with SAP admitted to this hospital from November 2020 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group,58 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with endoscopic debridement and drainage. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the study group was given the seamless nursing. The postoperative exhaust time, the defecation time, the hospitalization time, the treatment compliance, the stress indexes(diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, cortisol, heart rate)levels before and after the surgery, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative exhaust time, the defecation time and the hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the levels of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, cortisol and heart rate were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the study group was 98.28% (57/58),which was higher than 82.76% (48/58)of the control group;the incidence of complications of the study group was 3.45% (2/58),which was lower than 13.79% (8/58)of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The seamless nursing for the SAP patients undergoing endoscopic surgery can improve their treatment compliance, shorten the exhaust time, the defecation time and the hospitalization time, reduce the postoperative stress response and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
