Application effects of mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing in postoperative patients with femoral neck fractures
Objective:To explore application effects of mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing in postoperative patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with femoral neck fractures treated in this hospital from December 2020 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into study group and control group,52 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while the study group was given the mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the routine postoperative nursing. The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),adult health self-management skill for reliability scale(AHSMARS),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),Barthel index,Harris hip function scale(HHS)score before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the AHSMARS,ESCA,Barthel index and HHS scores were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.08% (51/52),which was higher than 76.92% (40/52)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative patients with femoral neck fractures can improve the joint function, improve the psychological status, reduce the incidence of complications, improve their quality of life and health behavior, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
