Application effects of fast track surgery concept nursing in patients with pterygium surgeries
Objective:To observe application effects of fast track surgery concept nursing in patients with pterygium surgeries.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with pterygium who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital from March 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with fast track surgery concept nursing on this basis.The wound healing time,the hospitalization time,the corneal epithelial healing score,and the pain score and the discomfort score at each time point after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time and the wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the corneal epithelial healing score was lower than that of the control group;the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 and 7 d after the surgery;the scores of postoperative irritation,spontaneous tears,tingling,difficulty in opening eyes and burning discomfort in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the fast track surgery concept nursing can reduce the corneal epithelial healing scores,the pain degree scores and the discomfort scores,and shorten the hospitalization time and the wound healing time.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
