Application effects of humanistic care nursing combined with standardized nursing in patients with magnetic resonance imaging examination
Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic care nursing combined with standardized nursing in patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 88 patients who underwent MRI examination in this hospital from November 2020 to September 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the humanistic care nursing combined with the standardized nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The excellent and good rate of image quality,the incidence of adverse events during the examination,the scores of negative emotions[hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)]before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of image quality in the observation group was 97.73% (43/44),which was higher than 81.82% (36/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as heart rate fluctuation,blood pressure fluctuation,contrast agent leakage and repeated scanning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of negative emotions such as HADS-A and HADS-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00% (44/44),which was higher than 84.09% (37/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic care nursing combined with the standardized nursing on the basis of the routine nursing,can improve the excellent and good rate of image quality and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with MRI examination,and reduce the incidence of adverse events and the negative emotional scores during the examination.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
