摘要
目的:分析 2020-2022 年安阳市北关区流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征及防控策略.方法:选取 2020-2022 年安阳市北关区报告的 218 例流行性腮腺炎患者进行横断面研究,观察其年龄、性别、职业、季节、地区分布.结果:218 例流行性腮腺炎患者中,男女发病比为 1.02∶1;≤14 岁患者占比 92.66%;学生占比为 58.26%;3～6 月发病占比为 64.22%;城区占比为 80.28%.结论:流行性腮腺炎患者男女发病比为 1.02∶1,≤14 岁、学生、3～6 月、城区发病占比高,可通过重视隔离、易感人群疫苗注射、针对性加大监测力度、加强健康教育等策略对该病进行积极防控.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze epidemiological features and prevention and control strategies of mumps in Beiguan district of Anyang city from 2020 to 2022.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 218 patients with mumps reported in Beiguan district of Anyang city from 2020 to 2022.Their age,gender and occupation,season and regional distribution were observed.Results:Among the 218 patients with mumps,the male to female ratio was 1.02:1;the proportion of cases with age≤14 years old was 92.66%;the proportion of students was 58.26%;the incidence from March to June accounted for 64.22%;and the proportion of urban areas was 80.28%.Conclusions:The male to female ratio of the mumps patients is 1.02:1,and the proportions of the patients with age≤14 years old,students,March to June,and urban areas are high.The disease can be actively prevented and controlled by paying attention to isolation,vaccination of susceptible population,enhancing targeted surveillance,strengthening health education.
