Objective:To analyze clinical effects of Vitamin E combined with Progesterone injection in treatment of patients with threatened abortion.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with threatened abortion admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone injection,while the observation group was treated with Vitamin E combined with Progesterone injection.The clinical efficacy,the success rate of tocolysis,the uterine and placental perfusion status and levels of sex hormones,the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines and serological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate and the success rate of tocolysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone,estradiol and interleukin(IL)-4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the blood flow pulsation index,blood flow resistance index and serum levels of interferon-γ and IL-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum soluble human leukocyte antigen-G level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the serum high mobility group protein B1 and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor 3 levels were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Vitamin E combined with Progesterone injection is effective in the treatment of the patients with threatened abortion.It can improve the uterine and placental perfusion status,regulate the sex hormone levels and Th1/Th2 cytokine status,and improve the pregnancy outcome.Moreover,it is superior to single Progesterone injection.
