Predictive value of combined detection of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D,anti-Müllerian hormone and β-human chorionic gonadotropin levels on pregnancy failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in infertile patients
Objective:To analyze predictive value of combined detection of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D],anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)levels on pregnancy failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in infertile patients.Methods:The clinical data of 158 infertile patients who received IVF-ET in this hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pregnancy outcome,these patients were divided into pregnancy successful group(n=91)and pregnancy failure group(n=67).The levels of serum 25(OH)D,AMH and β-hCG on the day of embryo transfer were compared between the two groups,and their correlations with IVF-ET pregnancy failure were analyzed.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of single and combined detection for IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients.Results:The levels of serum 25(OH)D,AMH and β-hCG on the day of embryo transfer in the pregnancy failure group were lower than those in the pregnancy successful group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum 25(OH)D,AMH and β-hCG levels on the day of embryo transfer were negatively correlated with IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients(r<0,P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of serum 25(OH)D,AMH and β-hCG levels on the day of embryo transfer for predicting IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients was 0.746,0.753,0.817 and 0.913,respectively,and the combined detection had the highest predictive value.Conclusions:The predictive value of combined detection of serum 25(OH)D,AMH and β-hCG levels for IVF-ET pregnancy failure in the infertile patients is higher than that of single detection of the three.
