Application effects of timeliness incentive nursing in patients with acute acerebral infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of timeliness incentive nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the timeliness incentive nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],the activities of daily living[modified Barthel index(MBI)],and the cognitive function[Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)]were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After the nursing, the CD-RISC scores of tenacity, optimism and strength in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the timeliness incentive nursing can improve the psychological resilience scores, the activities of daily living ability and the cognitive function scores of the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
