Application effects of predictive nursing under evidence-based support in postoperative patients with cerebral aneurysms
Objective:To observe application effect of predictive nursing under evidence-based support in postoperative patients with cerebral aneurysms. Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral aneurysms treated in this hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the predictive nursing under evidence-based support on the basis of that of the control group. The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score, the Barthel index(BI)score, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the MMSE scores and the BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the predictive nursing under evidence-based support can improve the MMSE scores, the BI scores and the nursing satisfaction of family members of the postoperative patients with cerebral aneurysms, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
