Influencing factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after uterine fibroids surgery
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity in patients after uterine fibroids surgery. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 114 patients who underwent uterine fibroids surgery in the hospital from January 2022 to May 2023.The clinical data of these patients were collected. The coagulation function index levels were detected. These patients were followed up for 1 month. The incidence of lower extremity DVT was evaluated.According to whether lower extremity DVT occurred, they were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of lower extremity DVT in the patients after uterine fibroids surgery.Results:28 cases of lower extremity DVT occurred in the 114 patients after uterine fibroids surgery, with an incidence of 24.56%(28/114).There were no significant differences in body mass index, household registration location, occupational type, drinking, smoking, combined hypertension, type of fibroids, number of fibroids, diameter of fibroids, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)level between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of the patients with age≥35 years old, combined diabetes mellitus, postoperative bed time≥6 h,prothrombin time(PT)<13 s,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)<23 s in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, the proportions of the patients with postoperative anticoagulant therapy or wearing elastic stockings was lower than that in the non-occurrence group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥35 years, combined diabetes mellitus, postoperative bed time≥6 h,PT<13 s,APTT<23 s were risk factors for lower extremity DVT in the patients after uterine fibroids surgery(OR>1,P<0.05),while postoperative anticoagulant therapy or wearing elastic stockings were protective factors(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥35 years old, combined diabetes mellitus, postoperative bed time≥6 h,PT<13 s,APTT<23 s are the risk factors for lower extremity DVT in the patients after uterine fibroids surgery, while postoperative anticoagulant therapy or wearing elastic socks are the protective factors.
