Application effects of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section
Objective:To observe application effects of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods:The clinical data of 112 parturients undergoing cesarean section in this hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different anesthetic drugs, they were divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group. Both groups were given combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, the control group was given Ropivacaine anesthesia, while the observation group was given Sufentanil anesthesia on the basis of that of the control group. The anesthesia quality, the hemodynamic indexes[heart rate, mean arterial pressure(MAP),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)]levels at different time[5 min before anesthesia(T0),10 min after anesthesia(T1),immediately after fetal delivery(T2)],the inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and the pain factors[β-endorphin(β-EP),nerve growth factor(NGF)]levels before and after the surgery, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The onset time of motor and sensory block and the time to reach the highest plane in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the duration of motor and sensory block were longer than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the heart rate and MAP levels in the observation group between T1 and T0(P>0.05).The heart rate and the MAP level of the control group at T1 were higher than those at T0,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SaO2 level in the control group was lower than that at T0;however,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).At T2,the heart rate and MAP levels of the two groups were higher than those at T0,but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the SaO2 level between the two groups compared with T0(P>0.05).Twelve hours after the surgery, the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,β-EP and NGF in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for cesarean section can shorten the onset time of anesthesia, prolong the duration of anesthesia, improve the levels of hemodynamic indexes, and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and pain factors. Moreover,it is superior to single Ropivacaine anesthesia.
