Effects of fluorescence imaging technique assisted laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection in treatment of patients with endometriosis
Objective:To observe the effects of fluorescence imaging technique assisted laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection in treatment of patients with endometriosis(EMT).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 patients with EMT admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection, while the observation group was treated with fluorescence imaging technique assisted laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection. The levels of perioperative indexes, the levels of stress indexes[bradykinin(BK),norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)],ovarian function indexes[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),antral follicle count(AFC)]before and after the surgery, the clinical efficacy, and the incidence of complications 1 month after the surgery were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time and the hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the endometrial stripping thickness was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after the surgery, the levels of serum BK,NE and Cor in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after the surgery, the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before the surgery, the levels of AMH were higher than those before the surgery, and the levels of AFC were higher than those before the surgery;however, there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the total effective rate and the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Fluorescence imaging technique-assisted laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection in the treatment of the EMT patients can reduce the levels of perioperative indexes and stress indexes. Moreover,it is superior to laparoscopic endometriosis lesion resection.
