Effects of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy
Objective:To observe effects of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 110 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy, while the control group was treated with multi-port laparoscopic salpingectomy. The perioperative index levels, the postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score, the incision satisfaction[Body Image Scale(BIS),Incision aesthetic satisfaction scale(CS)]score, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group;intraoperative blood loss was greater than the control group;the first postoperative exhaust time and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1,2 and 3 days after the surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BIS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the CS score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic salpingectomy for the patients with tubal pregnancy can shorten the first exhaust time and the hospitalization time, improve the incision satisfaction, and reduce the postoperative pain scores and the incidence of complications. It is superior to multi-port laparoscopic salpingectomy, but the operation time and the intraoperative blood loss are longer and greater than those of the latter.
