摘要
目的:分析血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平与急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者病情程度的相关性.方法:选取 2020 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月该院收治的 141 例ARDS患者为研究对象,纳入研究组,另选取同期本院 141 名健康体检者为对照组.两组均进行血清学指标检测,并评估ARDS患者病情程度,比较两组及不同病情程度ARDS患者血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平与ARDS患者病情程度的相关性.结果:研究组血清IgM、IgG、IgA、补体C3水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度ARDS患者血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平均低于轻度、中度ARDS患者,且中度ARDS患者低于轻度ARDS患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平与ARDS患者病情程度均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05).结论:血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3 水平与ARDS患者病情程度均呈负相关.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze correlations among immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM,complement C3 levels and severity of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:141 patients with ARDS admitted to this hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the study group.At the same time,141 healthy subjects in this hospital were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for serological indicators.The severity of the ARDS patients was evaluated.The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 were compared between the two groups and the ARDS patients with different severities.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum IgA,IgG,IgM,complement C3 levels and the severity of the ARDS patients.Results:The levels of serum IgM,IgG,IgA and complement C3 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 in the patients with severe ARDS were lower than those in the patients with mild and moderate ARDS,those in the patients with moderate ARDS were lower than those in the patients with mild ARDS,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 levels were negatively correlated with the severity of the ARDS patients(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 levels are negatively correlated with the severity of the ARDS patients.
