Application effects of optimized nursing management of chest pain center in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of optimized nursing management in chest pain center in patients with acute myocardial infarction(ACI).Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with ACI admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing management methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine chest pain center nursing management, while the observation group used the optimized nursing management on the basis of that of the control group. The nursing management quality score, the first aid related indicators(electrocardiogram completion time, onset to first medical contact time, myocardial injury marker detection completion time, catheter room activation time)levels, the incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events, and the first aid satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The nursing management quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The electrocardiogram completion time, the onset to first medical contact time, the myocardial injury marker detection completion time, and the catheter room activation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the first aid satisfaction degree of the observation group 100.00%(40/40)was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The optimized nursing management in the chest pain center to the ACI patients can improve the nursing management quality scores and the first aid satisfaction, improve the levels of first aid related indicators, and reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events. Moreover,it is superior to the routine chest pain center nursing management.
