Application effects of mindfulness behavior training in postoperative patients with breast cancer
Objective:To observe application effects of mindfulness behavior training in postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with breast cancer admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with total mastectomy.According to different postoperative nursing methods, they were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the mindfulness behavior training on the basis of that of the control group. The anxiety[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]score, the quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]score before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the SF-36 scores of physical pain, vitality, emotional function and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in in the observation group higher higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.23%(49/52),which was higher than 80.77%(42/52)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The mindfulness behavior training on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of the postoperative patients with breast cancer, and reduce the anxiety scores. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
