Application effects of pressure therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in postoperative patients with cervical cancer
Objective:To observe application effects of pressure therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 postoperative cervical cancer patients admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group using the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise, while the observation group was treated with the pressure therapy instrument on the basis of that of the control group. The levels of coagulation function indicators[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and thrombin time(TT)],the pelvic floor function, the quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]score before and after the intervention, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results:After the intervention, the levels of APTT,PT,and TT in both groups were longer than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were longer than those in the control group;the FIB levels in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength grading of both groups was better than those before the intervention, that in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of psychological function, material life, physical function, and social function in both groups were higher than before the intervention, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The pressure therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in the postoperative patients with cervical cancer can improve the quality of life scores and the pelvic floor muscle strength grading, improve the coagulation function indicator levels, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to single pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise.
