Value of combined detection of serum CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 levels in differential diagnosis of liver cirrhosis
Objective:To observe value of combined detection of serum levels of chitinase 3 like protein 1(CHI3L1),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9)and Golgi protein 73(GP73)in differential diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 81 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to July 2022,and they were set as liver cirrhosis group.81 patients with hepatitis in the same period were also selected and were set as hepatitis group. The serum levels of CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 were compared between the two groups at admission. The correlations among the serum levels of CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 and liver cirrhosis were analyzed using point biserial correlation analysis. The receiver operating curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the value of single and combined detection of serum CHI3L1,CA19-9,GP73 levels in the differential diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Results:The serum levels of CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 in the liver cirrhosis group were higher than those in the hepatitis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The point biserial correlation analysis showed that serum levels of CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 were positively correlated with liver cirrhosis(r>0,P<0.05).The ROC showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of combined detection of serum CHI3L1,CA19-9 and GP73 levels at admission for diagnosis of cirrhosis was 0.908,which was higher than those of single detection of the three items(AUC=0.758,0.813,0.724,P<0.05).Conclusions:The combined detection of the serum CHI3L1,CA19-9,and GP73 levels in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is more valuable than the single detection.
