Application effects of optimized management based on Delphi method in prevention and control of infection in operating room
Objective:To observe application effects of optimized management based on Delphi method in prevention and control of infection in operating room.Methods:The clinical data of 21 operating room nursing staffs from June 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The routine management was implemented from June to December 2021,and the optimized management based on Delphi method was implemented from January to July 2022.The qualified rate of environmental sanitation in operating room,the nursing quality in operating room,the technical operation scores of the nursing staffs in operating room,and the knowledge-attitude-belief score of prevention and control were compared before and after the implementation of optimized management based on Delphi method.Results:After the implementation,the qualified rates of ambient air quality,hand hygiene,article surface,disinfectant and disinfection articles in the operating room were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the nursing quality scores and the total score of disinfection and sterilization quality of operating room,preparation of surgical instruments,use and management of instruments and equipment,and cooperation degree of utility nurses were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of technical operations such as specimen submission,accurate medication,instrument disinfection as well as prevention and control of infection of the operating room nurses were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the implementation,the scores of knowledge-attitude-belief of prevention and control of the nursing staffs were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The optimized management based on Delphi method in the prevention and control of infection in operating room can improve the qualified rate of environmental sanitation in operating room,the scores of nursing quality in operating room,the scores of technical operation of the nursing staffs in operating room and the scores of knowledge-attitude-belief of prevention and control.Moreover,it is superior to the routine management.
