Application effects of integrated nursing under MPNFS mode in patients with nasal bleeding
Objective:To observe application effects of integrated nursing under MPNFS mode in patients with nasal bleeding. Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with nasal bleeding admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group,53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the integrated nursing under MPNFS mode on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after the nursing, the knowledge-attitude-belief score, the incidence of complications, the number of nasal bleeding in 6 months, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge, belief and attitude in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after surgery, the average number of nasal bleeding in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores and total scores of health education, service attitude, basic nursing and nursing operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The integrated intervention under MPNFS mode in the postoperative patients with nasal bleeding can improve their negative emotions, improve the knowledge-attitude-belief levels and the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the number of postoperative nasal bleeding. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
