Application effects of cluster analgesic nursing in primipara delivery
Objective:To observe application effect of cluster analgesia nursing in primipara delivery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 primiparas who gave birth in the hospital from February 2020 to May 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the cluster analgesia nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The pain degree classification, the labor time, the vaginal delivery rate, the maternal and infant outcomes, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The proportions of pain grade 0 and grade I in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the proportion of pain grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 78.05%(32/41)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of fetal distress and the amount of bleeding 2 h after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the neonatal Apgar score at 1 min was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.32%(3/41),which was lower than 26.83%(11/41)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster analgesic nursing in primipara delivery can reduce the degree of labor pain, shorten the stage of labor, improve the vaginal delivery rate, improve the maternal and infant outcomes, and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
