Application effects of visual music combined with guided nursing in aerosol inhalation therapy for children with pneumonia
Objective:To observe application effects of visual music combined with guided nursing in aerosol inhalation therapy for children with pneumonia.Methods:The clinical data of 66 children with pneumonia admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the visual music combined with guided nursing.The treatment compliance,the children's anxiety emotional disorder scale score,and the family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the treatment compliance and the family nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of generalized anxiety,school anxiety,social fear,separation anxiety and somatization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The visual music combined with guided nursing in the children with pneumonia aerosol inhalation can improve treatment compliance,reduce the bad moods,and improve the family nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
