Influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with rotator cuff injuries
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with rotator cuff injuries. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 126 patients with rotator cuff injuries admitted to this hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.The compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise in the patients with rotator cuff injuries was statistically analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in the patients with rotator cuff injuries. Results:Among the 126 patients with rotator cuff injuries,28 patients were completely compliant,56 patients were partially compliant, and the compliance rate was 66.67%(84/126),which was set as the compliance group;42 patients of non-compliance were set as non-compliance group. The proportions of the patients with age≥60 years old, type of combined chronic diseases≥2,lack of assistance from rehabilitation personnel, difficulty in conscious rehabilitation exercise, and lack of encouragement from family members in the non-compliance group were higher than those in the compliance group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old, type of combined chronic diseases≥2,lack of assistance from rehabilitation personnel, difficulty in conscious rehabilitation exercise and lack of encouragement from family members were all risk factors affecting the postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in the patients with rotator cuff injuries(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:Age≥60 years old, type of combined chronic diseases≥2,lack of assistance from rehabilitation personnel, difficulty in conscious rehabilitation exercise and lack of encouragement from family members are the risk factors affecting the postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in the patients with rotator cuff injuries.
