Efficiency of adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease
Objective:To observe efficiency of adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with suspected myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2022.All patients underwent 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram and adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan.Using the diagnostic results of nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging as the gold standard, the efficiencies of adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram single and combined examination in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were compared. Results:The nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging showed that 52 cases were positive and 28 cases were negative. The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram showed that 46 cases were positive and 34 cases were negative. The adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan showed that 46 cases were positive and 34 cases were negative. The combined examination showed that 51 cases were positive and 29 cases were negative. The sensitivity, the specificity, the accuracy, the positive predictive value and the negative predictive value of adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan combined with 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were higher than those of the two single examinations, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of adenosine stress CT myocardial perfusion scan combined with 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram examination in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease is higher than that of the two single examinations.
