Efficiency of combined detection of peripheral blood CD8+ T cells,PTX3 and LXA4 levels in differential diagnosis of severity of allergic rhinitis
Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of peripheral blood CD8+,pentraxin 3(PTX3)and lipoxin A4(LXA4)levels in differential diagnosis of severity of allergic rhinitis. Methods:A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to this hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group.Another 100 healthy subjects for physical examination were selected as the control group. The levels of CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 were compared between the two groups. The patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into mild patients and moderate-severe patients according to different severity. The levels of CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 in peripheral blood were compared between the mild patients and the moderate-severe patients. The diagnostic efficiencies of single and combined detection of peripheral blood CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 levels in the differential diagnosis of mild with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were analyzed. Results:The levels of CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 in peripheral blood of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 in peripheral blood of the moderate-severe patients were higher than those of the mild patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the area under the curve of single peripheral blood CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 levels detections and combined detection in the differential diagnosis of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were 0.675,0.664,0.673 and 0.936,separately,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was the highest. Conclusions:The diagnostic efficiency of combined detection of peripheral blood CD8+,PTX3 and LXA4 levels in the differential diagnosis of mild with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis is higher than that of the three single tests.
