Effects of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing on stroke patients
Objective:To observe effects of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing on stroke patients. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 138 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to August 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,69 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing. The symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score, the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score, the Southampton stroke self-management questionnaire(SSSMQ)score before and after the nursing, the nursing compliance rate, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the SCL-90 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the GSES,ESCA and SSSMQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the study group was 91.30%,which was higher than 73.91%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.75%,which was significantly higher than 63.77%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing in the stroke patients can improve the GSES,ESCA,SSSMQ scores, the nursing compliance rate and the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the SCL-90 scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
