Application effects of cluster the nursing in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage
Objective:To observe application effects of cluster the nursing in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of 86 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to this hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the cluster the nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]before and after the nursing,the scores of Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale at different time after the nursing,the scores of quality of life[general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 3 months after the nursing,the scores of Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of GQOLI-74 dimensions such as physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster the nursing in the postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the negative emotion scores and the Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale scores,and improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
