Application effects of risk prevention and control and quality control nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure
Objective:To observe application effects of risk prevention and control and quality control nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 peritoneal dialysis patients with CRF admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the risk prevention and control and quality control nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The levels of nutritional indicators[total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)],the quality of life[kidney disease quality of life short form(KDQOL-SF)]score,the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After the nursing, the levels of TP,Hb,ALB and KDQOL-SF scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%(3/35),which was lower than 40.00%(14/35)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The risk prevention and control quality and control nursing in the peritoneal dialysis patients with CRF can improve the nutritional indicator levels and the quality of life scores, and reduce the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
