Application effects of high-quality nursing of responsible midwifery mode in maternal delivery
Objective:To observe application effects of high-quality nursing of responsible midwifery mode in maternal delivery.Methods:The clinical data of 80 parturients admitted to the obstetrics department of the hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the order of waiting for labor,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,while the study group was given the high-quality nursing of responsible midwifery mode on the basis of that of the control group.The delivery mode,the incidence of postpartum complications,the nursing satisfaction score,and the labor time of vaginal delivery were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the rates of vaginal delivery to cesarean section and cesarean section between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine obstetric nursing,the high-quality nursing of responsible midwifery mode can improve the vaginal delivery rate,shorten the labor time of vaginal delivery,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.Moreover,it is superior to single routine obstetric nursing.
