Application effects of free position combined with Doula midwifery in painless delivery of primiparas
Objective:To observe application effects of free position combined with Doula midwifery in painless delivery of primiparas. Methods:The clinical data of 75 primiparas admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(38 cases). Both groups were given routine nursing during labor. The control group was given Doula midwifery, while the observation group was combined with free position midwifery on the basis of that of the control group. The childbirth control sense score, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor time, the dosage of anesthetic and analgesic drugs during delivery, the mode of delivery, and the neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results:The childbirth control sense score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The dosage of Ropivacaine hydrochloride and Sufentanil mixture in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the natural birth rate and the neonatal Apgar score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The free position combined with Doula midwifery in the painless delivery of the primiparas can improve the childbirth control sense scores, the natural delivery rate and the neonatal Apgar scores, shorten the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor time, and reduce the dosage of anesthetic and analgesic drugs during delivery. Moreover,it is superior to single Doula midwifery.
