Influencing factors of subcutaneous fluid in patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of subcutaneous fluid in patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 240 patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of subcutaneous fluid in these patients was statistically analyzed.According to whether subcutaneous fluid occurred, they were divided into occurrence group(80 cases)and non-occurrence group(160 cases).Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of subcutaneous fluid in the patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Results:The proportions of the patients with body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m2,combined diabetes mellitus,no preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy,no flap fixation,no use of Sapylin, and no use of thrombin in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≥24 kg/m2,combined with diabetes,no preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy,no flap fixation,no use of Sapylin, and no use of thrombin were all risk factors affecting the occurrence of subcutaneous fluid in the patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:BMI≥24 kg/m2,combined with diabetes,no preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy,no flap fixation,no use of Sapylin, and no use of thrombin are the risk factors affecting the occurrence of subcutaneous fluid in the patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
