Application effects of Multisensory stimulating in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia
Objective:To observe application effects of multisensory stimulating in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 64 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia admitted to this hospital from May 2021 to January 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the study group received stimulating nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of limb function[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)],language function[Chinese aphasia checklist(ABC)]and neurological function[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ABC scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, that in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Multisensory stimulating combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the limb function, the language function and the neurological function in the patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia. Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation training.
