Efficiency of fragmented QRS wave combined with pathological Q wave in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe efficiency of fragmented QRS wave combined with pathological Q wave in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on patients with coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.Electrocardiogram and Coronary angiography were performed. They were divided into AMI group(n=100)and non-AMI group(n=100)according to whether AMI occurred.Using the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard, the detection rates of fragmented QRS wave, pathological Q wave and fragmented QRS wave+pathological Q wave were compared between the two groups. The efficiencies of single and combined examination of fragmented QRS wave and pathological Q wave in the diagnosis of AMI were analyzed. The detection rate of fragmented QRS wave in different types of AMI was compared. Results:The detection rates of fragmented QRS wave, pathological Q wave and fragmented QRS wave+pathological Q wave in AMI group were higher than those in non-AMI group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined examination of fragmented QRS wave and pathological Q wave in the diagnosis of AMI was higher than that of single examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of fragmented QRS wave in ST-segment elevation AMI was higher than that in non-ST-segment elevation AMI,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of fragmented QRS wave combined with pathological Q wave in the diagnosis of AMI is higher than that of single diagnosis.
