Application effects of shock index-guided nursing in patients with traumatic hepatosplenic rupture and hemorrhage
Objective:To observe application effects of shock index-guided nursing in patients with traumatic hepatosplenic rupture and hemorrhage. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 78 patients with traumatic hepatosplenic rupture and hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the shock index-guided nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and quality of life[general quality of life inveroty-74(GQOLI-74)]before and after the nursing, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of GQOLI-74 dimensions such as physical function, social function, psychological function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%(2/39),which was lower than 20.51%(8/39)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction scores of nursing attitude, demand satisfaction, operation skills and health guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The shock index-guided nursing in the patients with traumatic hepatosplenic rupture and hemorrhage can reduce the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
