Application effects of continuous precision nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding
Objective:To observe application effects of continuous precision nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with AUB admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the continuous precision nursing on the basis of that of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and quality of life[general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After the nursing, the scores of CD-RISC dimensions such as optimism, strength and tenacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the GSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous precision nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the psychological resilience scores, the self-efficacy scores, the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the AUB patients. Moreover,it is superior to sing routine nursing.
