Influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 214 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to December 2022.The quality of life[36-item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)]of these patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding was statistically analyzed.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in the patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding. Results:The total score of SF-36 in the patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding was(37.76±4.58),which was at a low level. The SF-36 scores of the patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding with low education level, family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, combined complications, low self-efficacy and low disease cognition were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that low education level, family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, combined complications, low self-efficacy,and low disease cognition were all risk factors affecting the quality of life of the patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low education level, family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan, combined complications, low self-efficacy,and low disease cognition are the risk factors affecting the quality of life of the patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding.
